Our core business is standard porta potty rental, and we've expanded into deluxe flushable units, ADA accessible toilets, restroom trailers, roll-off dumpsters, septic pumping, storage containers, temporary fencing and handwashing stations. When a site needs multiple services, we coordinate delivery and service visits so you're not managing five different vendors.
Every standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and measures about 44 by 48 inches on the ground. We service units at least weekly, per ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline intervals. Between visits, our chemical treatment keeps odor down and tank life stable. A unit that fails mid-project doesn't happen on our watch because we inspect every toilet before it leaves our yard and again before we pick it up.
Restroom trailers run on the same principle. We stock 2-stall, 4-stall and 8-stall models with hot water, heating and flushable plumbing. Trailers need more setup space than portable toilets, but they handle high-traffic events that portable units can't absorb. Our septic pumping service pulls tanks, disposes waste at licensed facilities and documents every job. Residential septic tanks pump every 3 to 5 years depending on household size and tank capacity. For construction site services, we coordinate toilet counts with OSHA 1926.51(c)(1), which sets out one facility for 20 workers or fewer, then one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers up to 200. Dumpster placement requires about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck for the roll-off arm. We scout the location when we quote the job. If you're in Saticoy, 7.4 miles east, or El Rio, 7.3 miles east, we know those streets and we know where delivery will and won't work. Our handwashing stations meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), which requires soap and towels or a hand drying device, hand sanitizer alone doesn't qualify on a construction site.
